***As of September 24, 2024 we will charge an additional $100.00 fee for a Tenant Liability policy unless the renter can provide a copy of their own event insurance policy. This fee will be an additional cost to the rental package and alcohol policy.***
Ballroom

The Ballroom is our largest event space with over 5,800 square ft of space for use. This event space can host up to 250 in a banquet setting, up to 350 guests in a theater setting, and up to 175 guests in a classroom setting. Also equipped with a Bluetooth AV system, projector and monitor on each either side of the room.

Half Ballroom

This space is a step down from our full ballroom, a little over 2,900 sq. ft, and is our most popular event area. Equipped with a Bluetooth AV system, projector and monitor this room is perfect for conferences, showers and parties looking to accommodate 50-75 people in a banquet setting and 150 in a theater setting.

These rooms may also be custom arranged to accommodate larger groups of up to 30 guests in a theater setting. All of our breakout rooms are equipped with smart TVs and HDMI connections, perfect for project presentations and zoom/teams meetings.

Equipped with WebEx, conference calling, and a TV, this room is just over 1,600 sq. ft; Ideal for corporate meetings looking to host up to 45 people in a classroom setting. Like all of our event spaces, this room can be customized to suit any personal or professional event you have in mind.

Lobby

At just over 2,100 sq. ft. the grand lobby is ideal for small job/health fairs and community events looking to host a fluctuating guest count. Though the NRCC facility is adaptable to suit most customer needs, we encourage all of our guests to contact us regarding specific inquiries and accommodations.
